One of my strongest skills is designing floor plans and creating space flow. I offer complete sets of computer-generated AutoCAD drawings for space planning, electrical planning, tile layouts, and more. A complete set of CAD drawings means you get a better understanding of the scope of your project, including the budget and building requirements. These drawings serve as an excellent road map for any contractor and developer whenever you decide to go ahead with your project.

selection of lighting fixtures, creating lighting layers for function, mood and visual effects;
colour consultation expressing the unique charm and function of the space;
window treatment including designing custom windows and their decoration;
creating a personalized list of shops in Toronto and the GTA to source lighting fixture, finishes and furnishings locally.
